All orders are shipped using DHL or a comparable trusted logistics partner.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 2–7 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of control, including customs procedures or carrier delays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain value.
